Service

Ride is a friendly open-source app that lets you plan, store, and share trips. You must be at least 16 and use the service lawfully.

Open Source

• Ride source code is public.
• Community feedback and contributions are welcome.
• Open-source visibility does not grant access to private user trip data.

Your Content

• You own your trips, waypoints, journal entries, and attachments.
• You grant Ride a license to store and process your content to operate the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or anything you lack rights to share.

Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.

Acceptable Use

• No abuse, scraping, or attempting to bypass security.
• No harassment, spam, or infringement.
• No attempts to reverse engineer or attack the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion).

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (typically $0 for free use).

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
